We have used Bienvenu Brothers several times over the last few years, and we have always been extremely satisfied with the service and quality work. Bienvenu always makes every effort to get someone out as soon as possible. They just finished a job that has increased my respect even more. Seven weeks ago, to the day, one of our bathrooms backed up in the early afternoon. Bienvenu had a sewer cleaning truck out later that day. Unfortunate, they were unable to clear the line and it was determined that we needed video inspection to determine the problem. When the video crew came out they determined that there was a problem with the parish sewer line. The parish would come but couldn’t clean the line because of a lift station problem. This repeat every couple of days for weeks. Keith and Louis made calls and did all they could to try to get the problem resolved. Finally, the parish fixed the lift station, cleared the line and corrected an issue with our connection to the main line. The next day, today, Bienvenu had Frank and his crew out, and they made the necessary repair to my line in a couple of hours. FINALLY, we can again use our own shower and toilet. Keith and Louis were persistent in trying to keep things moving, and Frank did a quick and great job of finishing up. I can’t imagine ever using anyone else!

Dear Bienvenu Brothers, I am way behind in my correspondence, but I wanted to thank you for the quick, efficient, honest service I received on December 19, 2011. My hot H2O heater went out. I called Bienvenu Brothers because of a recommendation. It was so close to the holidays, but yet you made it possible for my family to take hot showers that night. The computer board went out, and Kirk said it was under warranty and only charged me for the service fee. Since I had never used you before, I was amazed. Thanks for everything!

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service on my new State water heater. I bought the unit from Coburn’s and my husband and a friend installed it. It kept coding out and would not work. I called the manufacturer (State) and they recommended that I call you guys. Vint came out and did some troubleshooting. He contacted State Technical Support, and they sent the part over-night to me. Unfortunately, when the new part was installed, it still did not work, so I called Vint, and he called State again for another part. I have never had such wonderful customer service and was very impressed with the employees’ diligence in staying on top of the matter. Vicki called me to set up my appointments and was so sweet and friendly. Louis Bienvenu originally took my call and was very attentive to my problem and made everything happen. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around, and I just wanted to say “THANKS!”  Next time I have a plumbing problem, I will definitely be giving you guys a call. Thanks again and may God bless you, your family and your business!

Dear Mr. Bienvenu: I wish to commend your entire staff for helping me get my mom’s sewer problem handled in an efficient and effective manner. Your office assistant (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name listened to my plight and relayed my concerns to the plumber. Louis Jr worked with me over the course of two days assuring me that he would give the problem his best effort but could not guarantee we wouldn’t have to dig up the entire front yard. His integrity and dedication got the job done! And then the gentleman (I think his name was Rick) who my mom talked with, assured her that her bill could be paid over a few months’ time, which is “life saving” to an elderly person on a fixed income, who wishes to remain independent. I could not have asked for more.

I was impressed by how well the three plumbers worked together as a team to get the job done. Kirk, Michael & Chris were very professional and worked straight through until their lunch break (no other breaks or loafing around). One was inside, one outside and the other one under the house. They worked for 2 ½ straight days to complete the job. They were very professional and took pride in a job well done. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I needed a plumber in a hurry because the cut off valve was leaking, and I had to turn my water off. We were “dead in the water” so to speak, and that is when I gave you a call. Dear Mr. Bienvenu, last Saturday morning to our horror, we discovered that our hot water heater, without warning, had dumped its contents on our laundry room floor. It was Memorial Day weekend. We were having out-of-town guests coming mid-afternoon. Monday, we were to go out of town due to a family emergency. What were we to do? We called Bienvenu Brothers! Gary and John came to our rescue as fast as humanly possible. They assessed the situation and installed a new hot water heater and really saved the day. We greatly appreciated their efforts and hard work. They did a great job-well beyond the call of duty. Gary had solved another difficult plumbing problem for us a few years ago-another great job. Dear Mr. Bienvenu, Just a word of appreciation for the service you (Tim) gave us in our home September 15, 2001. As elderly senior citizens, we sometimes fret when service in the home is needed…..our washing machine drain problem gave us concern but service from you was a nice experience, very professional, courteous and quick. Tim took care to explain everything, exceptionally clean, and did the repairs in a fair and times fashion, including the going for parts. In addition, the lady handling our service call was most congenial and accommodating. Thank you for maintaining a professional organization. Kirk, thanks for letting us purchase the thermostat from ya’ll. Remember, you offered to install it, but I was nervous about the bill, so I said no. Triple thanks for mailing the instructions on how to increase the temperature on our thermostat. It worked like a charm!!! I now have real hot water!!
